Cotfield House is a spacious detached three-storey house 250 yards from the centre of the Devon coastal village of Mortehoe. The house sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, three double and a twin on the first floor with three en suites and a family bathroom, and a double on the top floor. On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room and a kitchen with doors to the garden. Outside is a big enclosed garden around the house with great sea views, lawn and a barbecue area on a sun terrace.
